I was really scared when I started losing a lot of hair. I would see it everywhere. On my pillow in my comb and even in the shower. It made me think about what was going on with my body and why this was happening to me now.
The truth is, sudden hair fall is usually because of something changing in my body or my daily routine.
Common Reasons for Hair Fall
Stress is a big reason for hair fall. When I am stressed either physically or emotionally my hair starts to shed more than usual.
What I eat also matters. If I do not get nutrients like protein, iron and vitamins my hair becomes weak and falls out more.
Hormonal changes can also cause hair fall. This can happen because of changes in my lifestyle. Because my body is out of balance.
If I have scalp problems like dandruff or much buildup it can affect my hair roots and make me lose more hair.
Changes in My Routine
Sometimes small changes can make a difference. If I switch to a hair product use heat styling tools too much or try a new treatment it can weaken my hair.
The water I use to wash my hair or how often I wash it can affect my scalp and make me lose hair.
My Body Needs Time to Recover
Just because I am losing hair does not mean it is permanent. In cases it is temporary and my hair can grow back if I take good care of it.
My body just needs some time to get back to normal. That helps to reduce hair fall slowly.
What I Can Do
I should focus on keeping my scalp clean and healthy. I should avoid using products and be gentle with my hair.
I should also eat a diet with foods that are rich in protein, fruits and vegetables to help my hair grow strong.
Taking care of my stress and getting sleep can also help to reduce hair fall and make me healthier overall.
When to Take It Seriously
If I keep losing hair for a time or if it becomes too much I should go see a doctor.
There might be something wrong that needs to be taken care of.
Sudden hair fall is often because of changes in my body my lifestyle or my daily routine. I can control it if I take care of my hair and be patient.
If I focus on habits and do them every day I can make my hair healthy again and reduce hair fall over time.
Disclaimer
